The Michigan Tech women's basketball team has enjoyed tremendous success over several decades. Rising to one of the top programs in the nation, Head Coach Samantha (Hoyt) Clayton is in her sixth season and continues to keep the Huskies in the national spotlight. Clayton has put together a 70-39 (.642) record and has led the Huskies to two North Division GLIAC titles, one GLIAC tournament championship, and two appearances in the NCAA Midwest Region Tournament.
Off the court, the women's basketball team is committed to a culture of excellence: success in the classroom, giving back to the community, and attaining a 100 percent graduation rate. Just this past season, the team held a 3.72 GPA, good for No. 13 in the nation in DII. Our alumnae are located throughout the country and are thriving in their chosen fields.
You play an integral role in helping us maintain our culture and tradition and allowing us to provide our players with the best possible experience.
